well guys , i hv some sad news for you all
the court sentence of our bros...
Xiao Gou - 15 months probation 100 cso hours ( community service order) =)
Gavin 15 mths probation 100 cso hours =)
Hongwei - court postponed =(
Malcolm - court postponed =(
Yang Fong - 18 months probation split - 12 months in hostel and 6 months home probation cso hours - unknown =(
Jeremy - 2 years boys home =(

kinda a heartbreak to see you guys goin into hostel/boys homes
wtf...
why when ppl really put in the effort to change when they get those shyt sentence?
but b4 anything , i wanna congrats xiao gou and gavin for getting home probation ... remember not to commit any crimes anymore ok? =) take cares

its onli fair that they see the report when they are being put on trail probation to see whether they will change if they get probation right?
But instead , POs took reports from school and parents even b4 they are placed on probation..
If they feel tat they cant really gauge much during the pathetic 1 month probation , they can extend it de rights?
but by sending them to homes, will greatly demoralise them and will instead cause more problem teenagers...
instead they should givve them a chance and warn them bout the consequences bout the chance they are given and enforce and increase the chances of teenagers being breached at the same time to show that they should not fool around with the law right?
Foe example , maybe if you breached TR 1 time, there will still be a chance that you will be breached if they do not have a valid reasons?
